Paintball is a proven method of breaking down social barriers, building team spirit and group dynamics plus improving communication skills.   Develops team spirit and improves group dynamics : Paintball's very nature, its war theme, brings players of a team together much like soldiers from the same division.
  Decision making under pressure: Every paintball game will have multiple situations in it where a player is required to make a split second decision. In addition to providing the secondary benefit of an adrenaline rush, this helps players gauge their decision making skills when under pressure. Does the player stay calm and stick with the original strategy?
  Improving communication skills : Good communication is the key to victory in a Paintball game. Constant and clear communication between the team members is an essential aspect of a coherent team.
  Planning and Strategy making : Strategy booklets will be provided to all teams in the beginning. It is up to them to decide how much of their strategy is 'textbook' paintball strategy and how much is based on instinct.

How could a day spent playing paintball be the answer to a team building problem?

More often than not, it works because it is a guaranteed morale booster for your staff, on a group and an individual level. Players work together, but there is room for the high flyer to gain a win for the team. Many 'star players' might've been shy workers in the work place, but having broken out of their shell mid way through the day, they feel a confidence level previously alien to them.

We strongly recommend a tournament for a corporate group of 20 people or more. A tournament day will see all the players of the same team share a range of experiences, from the ecstasy of a last minute victory to the anguish of defeat. By the end of the tournament, these shared experiences serve as highly potent binding forces.
